hi there!
please forgive me today if i'm not quite myself...
i'm kinda freakin' out.
time to stick a picture in before i think too much
about it all.
today i have my first foray out into the world
as a field officer in my new little job...
so as if that's not enough to give me jelly knees,
tonight
i have a revision test for bible college
which has my stress levels right up there!
that little blue ginger plant
has lived under our back stairs
for the last seven years.
who knows how old it is
'cos it was here when we got here.
i've just been thinking how resilient it is...
flowering every year..
in a dry, dog infested patch of ground
with no tlc to speak of..apart from the occasional
hosing down.
i need some of that resilience
&
hardiness today!
at least by this time tomorrow
it'll be over red rover!
don't have a freakin' out tuesday like i'm having!
naturally Carol xox
Wishing you all the luck! Kellie xx

ReplyDeleteCarol, I always think those first day nerves are essential - you'll do a better job because you're concerned about doing it well. I'm sure you'll be fine, but wishing you the best of luck anyway. Hope you enjoy yourself!!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the new job.
ReplyDeleteGood luck, Carol! I'm sure you'll be fine :)
ReplyDeleteHi Mate, I'm always surprised at how many wonderful ginger plants there are. Its lovely Carol. Hope all went well at Bible College, you are a very intelligent lady so I am sure it did. We often doubt our abilities and then, we do great.. See you Thursday? Fiona isn't coming so if you want a change in venue? I'm all for it. C xx
